Friends,

I've spent the last seven days in Guatemala. Wow! God is doing amazing things here. The OCA mime team has presented 14 times to a total audience of 3,926. Hundreds of individuals have responded to the Gospel message and given their lives to Jesus. It is an amazing thing to watch and a privilege to be part of it. God is definitely drawing people to Himself.

Today, EPPIC Bulgaria presented the same sketch in a field on a mountain outside of Sofia. The presentation was part of a cultural herb festival. Apparently, God opened up an opportunity for them to be part of the beginning of the program. I'm anxious to hear what happened with them and encouraged by the fact that they continue to use EPPIC's gospel in mime programs to impact others for Christ. EPPIC Honduras is doing the same. We also have two director's presently recruiting people to form teams in Stockholm, Sweden and San Jose, Costa Rica. I'm excited about the potential that these two teams will have to engage in outreach work in their own countries. Pray that EPPIC's ministry continues to move forward in these countries and that the Lord will supply everything necessary to accomplish his will in the midst of it all.

Long day ahead tomorrow with 6 presentations scheduled in six different areas. Pray for strength, good health and effective ministry.

Gracias,

CE

It's June! I experienced a great week in Tegucigalpa, Honduras training EPPIC Honduras (June 7-12). Our team of ten worked hard each day from 9 am - 5 pm. The team ranges in age from 10 - 22 years old. The pastor of the church is very supportive of what EPPIC Honduras is doing and wants to insure that each member is growing spiritually as they grow in their ability and experience doing outreaches. The team is now in its fifth year and continues with vision and purpose. They could use more support then what they have been receiving, both in materials and financial help. It would be great if individuals from the states could support them in part to help them in their effort to reach out to others in their country. Part of my work is beginning to entail raising this support for the other teams that we are establishing in other countries. These teams (in Honduras and Bulgaria) do what they do and it requires each of them to personally sacrifice their time, talents and what little they have in the way of funds. It would be great to be able to assist them in their ministry as they move forward with their plans. They are not expecting anything and are set up to handle the opportunities they have on their own. The help and prayer support we might be able to provide would be very encouraging to them I'm sure. I'm thankful to the Lord for all that He is doing in these teams and allowing the work in Honduras and Bulgaria to continue. I trust that he will provide as we continue to move forward in faith according to His will.

After a 12 hour bus trip from Honduras, through El Salvador and into Guatemala, I'm awaiting the arrival of the OCA team from Minnesota. We will spend the first three days in Guatemala City doing presentations in churches, schools, public places and some refugee camps. Pray that the team stay healthy and that their ministry here in Guatemala City is effective and fruitful.

In his service,

Chris
